What You Will Be Doing: Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Account Executive – Strategic Growth & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: > Expand and manage relationships across key accounts and warm leads.

Maintain momentum with potential partners, pilots, and referral conversations.

Represent our product in the market—showing, listening, and adapting to real-world needs.

Lead consultative sales conversations focused on impact, not transactions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with product strategy and feedback loops.

Define and enforce best practices for securing executive consensus and leading multidisciplinary teams in product development and market strategy.

Develop, gain approval for, and implement GPO product pricing strategies.

Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory panels, driving research generation and publications to enhance product credibility.

Serve as part of the senior leadership team—defining how and what to sell, not only executing on activity; works on GTM strategy and direction setting (Note: From template/instructions).

Required Skills & Experience:

20+ years of experience in product development, strategic planning, and market research.

Proven record of successful revenue growth (e.g., achieving double-digit sales increases, 173% revenue growth, or 13% growth in a multi-million-dollar product line).

Extensive experience directing global and US strategic marketing aspects for product lines in the healthcare/medical device sector (e.g., Wound Care, Critical Care, Orthorecon).

Experience with product development process from concept through commercialization, including defining market requirements (MVP).

Experience in consultative selling, especially in SaaS, healthcare, or training environments (Note: From template/instructions).

Desired Skills & Experience:

Skilled in user-centered design and leveraging data analytics to drive product decisions, improve product adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Experience working within an Agile framework for input into product development documentation and milestones.

Experience with regulatory/compliance submissions, such as supporting FDA claim and billing code submissions.

Experience with new product launches and leading efforts to develop private label businesses.

Advanced degree (MBA) or background in science (Biochemistry, Zoology/Chemistry).

Pay: $140,000 - $200,000 / yr.
