Role Description
This is a full-time Account Executive role located in St Louis, MO.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and manage relationships across key accounts and warm leads
Maintain momentum with potential partners, pilots, and referral conversations
Represent our product in market—showing, listening, and adapting to real‑world needs
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on impact, not transactions
Collaborate cross‑functionally to align sales efforts with product strategy and feedback loops
Ideal Candidate
Skilled in relationship‑building and strategic outreach
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and early‑stage partnerships
Strong communicator with a bias toward action and empathy
Experience in consultative selling, especially in SaaS, healthcare, or training environments
Hands on and practical working through pilots and testing with partners and clients
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in identifying business opportunities and implementing account management strategies
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Previous experience or understanding of industries such as healthcare, law enforcement, or financial services is a plus
Availability to go onsite to client locations in the St Louis area required
