Account Executive – Hospice Sales
Join the team as a Hospice Liaison at Agape Care Group, where you’ll coordinate patient referrals, build relationships with hospitals, and educate the community and referral sources on hospice care.
Responsibilities You will:
Coordinate and generate new hospice business in existing and new accounts.
Identify new markets and maintain existing service while coordinating care for referred patients.
Serve as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, the medical community, and other referral sources.
Educate the community and medical professionals about hospice services.
Maintain daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, and referral sources to ensure continuity of care and proper communication and documentation.
Work closely with agency personnel to streamline patient care processes.
Frequently be away from the employee’s place of business when performing these duties.
Qualifications
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
Education
– Minimum of an Associate Degree in a field of study or proven work experience in a health‑related field.
Experience
– 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting (hospice preferred).
Required
– Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
