Job Description In our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We believe that some of the most talented sales professionals are underpaid because they’re in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. We focus on online, digital marketing based communities with education programs that teach high‑paying skill sets (“alternative education”). We sell transformative programs and packages such as business consulting, real estate investment, mergers and acquisitions, and more.

Position Overview We’re looking for top‑performing sales professionals who enjoy a full calendar of leads. This role is a closer position primarily handling inbound scheduled sales calls generated from our marketing efforts, using the WFS proprietary selling framework, managing your pipeline, and maximizing revenue by generating sales.

Responsibilities

Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.

Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, study call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline.

Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process.

Engage in deep, question‑led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create need, desire, and urgency for WFS products and services.

Build and maintain relationships with leads, using a consultative sales approach to understand their goals, objectives, and dominant buying motives.

Utilize WFS sales material & tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom that emphasize core desires, highlighting key benefits and value.

Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.

Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, including lead management, follow‑up, and accurate forecasting.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.

Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high‑performance culture.

Requirements

2 years of previous experience in high ticket or consultative sales with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Self‑starter with a strong drive for success.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
