We’re seeking a proactive
Tech Talent Strategist
with a keen understanding of U.S. staffing practices, IT domains, and resume optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent, and performance-driven environment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to market them for contract and full-time roles in the U.S. market. Customize resumes to align with specific job requirements, emphasizing keywords, formatting, and technical accuracy. Identify job opportunities using tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and vendor/client relationships. Manage the end-to-end candidate submission lifecycle — from sourcing to interview scheduling and client feedback. Cultivate and maintain vendor and client relationships to generate ongoing pipeline opportunities. Maintain tracking of daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and placement metrics. Required Technical Knowledge
