State of California (CA) and Public Sector Clients

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic US IT Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for public sector and State of California (CA) clients. This position is based in Noida, and the recruiter will primarily focus on recruiting for various IT roles for public sector organizations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire recruitment process for US IT positions, from job requisition to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Sourcing:

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.

Screening & Interviewing:

Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate technical skills and qualifications to ensure candidates meet client requirements.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, status of ongoing recruitment processes, and market trends to internal teams and clients.

Market Intelligence:

Stay up to date with the latest trends in the IT industry and US public sector recruitment, identifying best practices and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in HR or related fields).

2 to 6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically working with US-based clients in the public sector.

Familiarity with sourcing techniques and the ability to use social media and job boards to attract IT talent.

Working knowledge of hiring processes for government/public sector positions in the US is a plus.

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

Experience:

2 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong focus on the public sector and State of California clients.

Technical Recruiting Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of various IT roles (software engineers, system administrators, data analysts, etc.) and technical skills.

Excellent Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

Client Management:

Proven ability to manage relationships with US clients, particularly in the public sector domain.

ATS Experience:

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like JobDiva, Bullhorn, Workday, or similar platforms.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
