Assist customers by reserving appropriate storage units based on their individual needs Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction Handle inbound sales calls without the need for cold calling Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commissions Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications for operational tasks What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone High school diploma or GED Successful completion of background and drug screening Availability to work some weekends How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
