Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication
Connect with potential customers over the phone to understand their storage needs
Maximize monthly commissions through sales performance
Collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve individual and team goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to effectively connect with customers over the phone
Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Availability to work some weekends
