Assist customers by reserving storage units that meet their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service and support during the sales process
Maintain knowledge of available storage options and pricing
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure a positive experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applicationsHigh school diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening and be available to work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a call center or sales environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
