Position Overview The Account Executive, Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new revenue through the sale of season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages for Nashville SC. This role will have a primary focus on full season memberships and premium inventory, while also contributing to group sales and select non-soccer events at GEODIS Park (concerts, international matches, and more). The Account Executive will report directly to the Manager of Ticket Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new revenue by selling season tickets, premium seating, and group ticket packages.

Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.

Execute outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging referrals.

Conduct a designated number of weekly face-to-face meetings and outbound calls to cultivate new business opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients throughout the full sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support.

Develop and implement creative sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-energy sales team environment.

Participate in regular sales meetings, ongoing training, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related field; 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.

High-energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for driving results.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce and Archtics preferred.

Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Soccer knowledge a plus, but not required.

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
