About the Opportunity Our client, a leader in the Technology industry, is looking for a skilled Sales Compensation Operations Analyst to join their team for a 6+ Months engagement. This project involves supporting the end-to-end commissions payout process for sellers throughout the world, including assisting with commission calculation audits, sending timely data to payroll, responding to commission queries, and a heavy focus on working on team projects that will drive process improvements and analytics reporting for business partners. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Ensuring complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systems.

Assisting in Ad-hoc analysis and tracking key performance metrics monthly.

Ensuring controls are performed for accurate payout of commissions.

Collaborating with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees.

Assisting with timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employees.

Assisting in the development, maintenance, and updates to systems, processes, and analytics reporting.

Maintaining compensation-related data models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.

Supporting audits, data validation, and ongoing process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborating with internal teams on the configuration and testing of compensation systems and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 yearsof experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, or another analytical role.

Deep expertisein analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach. Must be highly proficient with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan, and SQL. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.

Demonstrated abilityto work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.

Experience withcompensation structures or sales performance metrics is a plus.

Strong communication skills(written, verbal, and social) required, along with the ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
