Pay
Base salary: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Hourly: $14‑$17 per hour
Average with incentives: $24‑$28 per hour
Top agents earn consistently above this range
Schedule (Must‑Have Availability)
Evenings: 12 PM‑8 PM or 4 PM‑9 PM
Weekend shifts: Saturday/Sunday afternoons and daytime hours
What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with warm and hot inbound/outbound leads
Set appointments for in‑home estimates
Maintain call pacing, daily goals, and quality standards
Bring strong communication, confidence, and results
Maintain a positive, coachable attitude in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
Inside sales, phone sales, or collections experience REQUIRED
Comfort working in a high‑volume call center
Strong closer on the phone—goal‑driven and competitive
Reliable, professional, and able to work evenings/weekends
Looking for career growth, not just a paycheck
