Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help us build our sales pipeline and bring new opportunities to life.
This is more than just a lead generation role — we’re looking for someone who can own early‑stage sales conversations, conduct discovery meetings, and close deals in collaboration with our senior sales and technical teams.

Tasks
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow‑ups
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through thoughtful engagement and active listening
Conduct discovery and early‑stage sales meetings
Present our cybersecurity/network solutions in a clear and professional manner
Handle and close small‑to‑mid‑sized deals or pass larger opportunities to senior sales
Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns tied to vendor partnerships (e.g. Juniper, Fortinet)
Maintain accurate records in CRM, and track all engagement activities
Report regularly on performance, learnings, and opportunities for growth
Requirements
Fluent in German (native)
and confident in English (B2+)
Based in
Germany
with good understanding of local business culture
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR roles
Strong communication, listening, and consultative selling skills
Self‑motivated, structured, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in cybersecurity, IT, or cloud/networking solutions is a strong plus
