Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred
7+ years of enterprise sales experience with government and large organizations
Proven track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes
Experience with smart city technologies, public safety, or government solutions
Strong network within East Coast government and institutional markets
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Territory includes: NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA, ME, VT, NH, RI, MD, DE, DC, VA, WV
Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for East Coast territory
Build relationships with state and local government officials, police departments, and municipal leaders
Manage complex procurement processes and government contract negotiations
Coordinate with federal partners and national account teams
Lead regional trade show participation and industry event representation
Manage and mentor junior sales staff within region
