Roles and Responsibilities
Sell steep slope roofing services following theprocedures and practices established by The Company.
Generate and pursue Steep Slope sales leads
Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner throughthe use of CRM Systems, sales spreadsheets, and other reporting tools
Maintain appropriate and timely communicationswith management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, markettrends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest
Assist staff with collecting accounts receivableas needed
Help drive the culture of Legacy Roofing Servicesin professionalism, safety, responsiveness, and quality
Work with management to implement new proceduresto help make Legacy more efficient and effective
Requirements
3-5 years sales experience in the roofing field isrequired.
Demonstrated success in sales within the residential roofing industry.
Excellent communication skills and ability tobuild rapport with homeowners.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Strong negotiation skills and proficient in basiccomputer applications
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
