Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative role is not a telemarketing, customer service, or field support role. This role is based solely on the ability to drive revenue growth through promotion of First Nation Group’s product portfolio. This representative will be highly trained in all facets of our business, allowing independence to manage the sales process from beginning to end for all assigned products. In addition, this representative must feel comfortable making daily phone calls, scheduling virtual customer appointments, working with OEM partners, generating interest, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Develop meaningful relationships with new customers and deepening relationships with existing customers
Develop a strong knowledge base with regard to First Nation Group’s products and value add programs
Sell the entire First Nation Group product and patient solutions portfolio remotely via phone, TEAM’s, ZOOM, or other forms of communication
Perform online demos to prospects on an as need basis
Sell clinical and operational solutions to all levels of decision makers across multiple agencies in the government market
Manage complex customer solutions over the phone
Present new products and initiatives based on customer need: educating customers on current industry trends and regulations
Expand current customer database within assigned territory
Form strategic relationships with each OEM counterpart to successfully promote and sell products
Understand all government contracts, where products reside and explain purchase options to customers
Cold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities
Prepare bids/quotes
Work cross departmentally to identify new opportunities/leads leveraging data analytics and field intel
Maintain customer engagement and purchase history using a Customer Relationship Management tool (e.g., Insightly) and other software
Supervisory Responsibilities There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
Position Requirements Qualifications & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Min. 3-5 years inside sales/account management experience preferred
Background in commissioned; tangible product sales required
Track record of demonstratable sales growth and quota attainment
Ability to present multiple product lines
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Insightly CRM, and other software tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Microsoft Office 365 proficiency preferred: Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.

Work Environment This job involves remote selling of First Nation Group’s product portfolio. The home office will need equipped with all tools necessary to be successful in this role including reliable internet connectivity, quality camera for customer engagement and any supporting sales materials and products.
Physical Demands The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must pass drug testing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel, including lengthy distances, visit client facilities, hear and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. The job requires standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time.
Travel Travel may be required from time to time to enhance customer relationships.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full time, salaried exempt position.
Other Duties & Essential Functions Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential. Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor. Must follow all employee health and safety cleaning protocols as established by the work location.
