Role Overview RUCKUS Networks, a CommScope Business Unit, seeks a dedicated and forward‑thinking

Inside Account Manager

to join their Charlotte, NC team. The role focuses on driving growth by coordinating with field sales, channel partners, and installation partners.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with RUCKUS field sales teams and management to set growth goals and position RUCKUS solutions.

Engage with channel and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and lead them to completion.

Qualify new business leads using both print and digital publications and forward them to the appropriate teams.

Manage product expediting, pricing, technical support, and other needs using internal resources.

Maintain sales opportunities and account plans within CRM and use them for planning.

Champion the RUCKUS Sales Methodology and implement creative planning to identify new opportunities.

Follow up on inbound leads generated by external tools; conduct outbound calling and cold outreach.

Overcome objections and develop sales opportunities through research and qualified lead crafting.

Maintain and grow the database via D365 and SFDC, ensuring accurate and complete profiles.

Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.

Required Qualifications

Completed bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or at least two years of sales experience.

Desired Qualities

Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Innovative thinking and proposal of unique ideas.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner meetings.

Experience with data‑driven, purposeful coaching.

Self‑motivated and driven to succeed.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $69,000.00 – $103,000.00. Comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death insurance, and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan.
