Overview
Account Manager, Inside Sales at RUCKUS Networks (Charlotte, NC). Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with field sales and partner ecosystem. Qualify leads through new business/project publications and inbound lead generation tools. Use internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations. Manage opportunities in CRM, create account plans, and implement RUCKUS Sales Methodology. Conduct outbound call‑out campaigns and cold calling to generate sales leads. Follow up on inbound calls, convert to sales opportunities, and maintain a healthy database (D365/SFDC). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or 2 years of sales experience. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner meetings. Self‑motivated and driven to succeed with a data‑driven coaching mindset. Perks & Benefits
