Account Manager, Inside Sales RUCKUS Networks (a CommScope Business Unit) is seeking a dedicated, forward‑thinking individual to join our team in Charlotte, NC. We are focused on delivering industry‑leading performance through exceptional talent and a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Salary range: $69,000.00 – $103,000.00

Responsibilities

Energetically interact with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and drive them to completion.

Apply new business publications, both hard‑print and digital, to qualify leads and forward them to the appropriate teams.

Utilize RUCKUS’ internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations.

Use CRM to manage opportunities and support account planning.

Champion the implementation of the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.

Engage in creative thinking and planning to identify new fields of play and position RUCKUS as the solution of choice.

Follow up on inbound leads generated by external tools, implement call‑out campaigns, and conduct cold‑calling of outbound prospects.

Overcome objections from prospective customers.

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential prospects, crafting and delivering qualified opportunities.

Maintain and grow our database via D365 and SFDC.

Ensure follow‑up with calls to action, complete profile information, and handle inbound calls to convert into sales leads.

Qualifications

A completed bachelor’s degree, equivalent military experience, or at least two years of sales experience.

Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Innovative thinking with the ability to propose unique ideas to the team.

Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner face‑to‑face meetings.

Experience with data‑driven coaching (sports, arts, business, or other pursuits).

Self‑motivated and driven to succeed.
