**About the Inside Sales Representative - Flex:** MarketStar is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support a new team in Salt Lake City, Utah, Flex! Flex is an industry leader in smarter solutions for paying rent. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will focus on acquiring new customers and expanding the company's client base by identifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and demonstrating the benefits and features of the Flex platform. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for your customers.**Location:** Salt Lake City, Utah - HybridQuickly identify, review, and disposition inbound leads; execute personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences aligned to the ideal candidate profile. Other related tasks as assigned. 1+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role; SaaS or tech sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, assess needs and effectively convey complex information. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Affinity for technology with strong proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Suites and other sales related tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions to meet their business goals. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions along with client requirements.
