With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to help expand our footprint in the North American/USA market Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager North American/USA market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the food ingredients and modified food starches market and a proven track record in customer leadership. This role requires a flexible mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position will be based in USA Tasks

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales activities across the USA region, with a focus on growing our presence in the modified food starches market Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions to meet their demands. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted market segments, collaborating with R&D and technical teams to deliver innovation and tailored solutions. Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and technical support, to align goals and ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Travel: Visit customers across USA and travel occasionally to our European plant in for team alignment and strategy development. you have a good network with producers and distributors in the Food ingredients, mod. Waxy Maize is a strong plus Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Food Technolgy or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). · Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the food ingredients industry, with a focus on modified food starches or related products. · Proven track record of customer leadership, with experience managing and growing relationships with key accounts and distributors. · Strong market knowledge of modified food starches and the USA food ingredients sector. · Medior/Senior level experience with a flexible, adaptable mindset to handle changing market dynamics. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. · Fluent in English · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. · Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
