high-performing Account Manager
to lead
direct B2B sales to enterprise clients . This is a strategic, consultative role based in
Orlando, Florida , designed for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, understands infrastructure needs, and knows how to close with precision. Key Responsibilities
Lead the
entire direct sales cycle : prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage a pipeline of
enterprise accountsb> across industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and logistics. Understand client infrastructure and connectivity needs to design solution-oriented proposals. Present and position UPIX services (DIA, Cloud, SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, etc.) with a strong technical/commercial narrative. Collaborate closely with internal Engineering and Product teams for technical scoping and deployment alignment. Maintain updated records of activities, forecasts, and results via CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent UPIX in client meetings, local networking, and industry events. Requirements
Proven success in
direct B2B sales to enterprise clients
(preferably in IT, Cloud, Telecom, or Cybersecurity). Strong consultative and solution-selling background. Technical familiarity with network infrastructure, cloud platforms, or security solutions. Fluent English (mandatory). Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries. Knowledge of enterprise procurement processes and compliance structures (RFPs, MSAs, etc.). Familiarity with LATAM tech markets or international business. Compensation & Work Model
