Opportunity RJ Young is looking for a driven and goal‑oriented sales professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll take ownership of a defined territory, prospect new opportunities, build strong relationships with existing customers, uncover business needs, deliver innovative solutions, and showcase the value of our products and services through impactful demonstrations and training.

Success means consistently exceeding sales targets, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving profitable growth.

What You Will Do Responsibilities

Prospecting & Territory Growth – drive new business through daily cold calling, strategic planning, and effective database management.

Customer Engagement – conduct product demonstrations, deliver tailored presentations, and confidently close sales opportunities.

Solution Selling – identify customer challenges and match them with the right mix of hardware, software, and managed services to create long‑term value.

Account Management – strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, conflict resolution, and proactive problem‑solving.

Operational Excellence – manage schedules, complete required paperwork accurately, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.

Continuous Development – commit to ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends and sharpen sales, demo, and technical skills.

What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred, not required)

Previous sales experience or strong interest in building a sales career

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

A self‑starter mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your territory

Curiosity and problem‑solving ability to uncover customer needs and deliver solutions

Drive to consistently meet and exceed goals in a competitive, fast‑paced environment

Willingness to learn and adapt through ongoing training and development
