Position Summary As Midway Leasing’s Sales and Origination Manager working out of the Los Angeles Wilshire location, you will oversee the origination of subprime, near‑prime, and prime automotive lease installment contracts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Sales

Deal structuring

Underwriting

Marketing and forging strategic partnerships with dealerships

Identifying and communicating opportunities to leverage the scale of Midway Leasing

Analyzing auto industry trends that affect future residual values

Requirements

Knowledge of high‑end luxury and exotic vehicles (preferred)

Strong knowledge of leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

Pass background; inclusive of pre‑employment drug test, SSN validation, criminal record, and credit check.

Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; no more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; no driving‑related suspensions or revocation of driver license within a 3‑5 year period. Will be subject to continuous MVR monitoring.

Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history

Education And/Or Experience

3+ years of sales or account management within a corporate environment

Experience in the luxury automotive industry, with a significant focus on sales and finance/leasing is a plus

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university (preferred but not required)

Compensation Considerations

Competitive base salary

Company vehicle provided

Variable compensation based on company net operating income and volume

Total compensation range $100 K–$150 K, depending on experience

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, and education when applicable.
