What You’ll Do
Make 120+ Outbound Calls Daily:
Connect with hot and warm leads from sources like Hatch, Angi Ads, and Networx. Convert Inbound Leads Fast:
Speed matters. You’ll be expected to book appointments within minutes—not hours. Schedule Estimates with Precision:
Book and confirm free roofing estimates for interested homeowners. Manage Your Pipeline:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and take pride in your numbers. Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with outside sales and installation teams to deliver a seamless, 5-star customer experience. Follow Up Relentlessly:
Re-engage unbooked leads until they convert or opt out. Crush Your KPIs:
Consistently meet or exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Key Performance Metrics

$1,250/week base pay
plus
$30 per qualified appointment booked (Qualified = Run and presented by field sales reps) Team Bonuses
