Job Description We are seeking a professional
Account Executive
to join our team. As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our book of business through new client acquisitions, building and maintaining positive relationships, understanding client needs, and connecting them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new opportunities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
Participate in networking events and opportunities
Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Review and verify client audits and maintain A/R and billing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Valid state insurance licensing
Proven track record of B2B sales success
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
Strong computer and technology skills
