About the Role As a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative, you will develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Earnings Average annual earnings are between $150,000 and $250,000 per year, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000.
Responsibilities
Learn the primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
Apply consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas.
Promote company products and services.
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales – a plus.
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline.
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
Approachable demeanor.
Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
