We’re looking for a
Nearshore Sales Manager
to connect clients with our delivery centers in
Mexico . This role covers both
BPO services and technology development solutions
— from customer support and back-office services to software development, IT services, and digital transformation. It’s a
high-reward position

uncapped commissions

quarterly company trips to Mexico

Sell
BPO services and technology development solutions
delivered from Mexico. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations. Work closely with delivery and technology teams in Mexico to align solutions and pricing with client needs. Highlight Mexico as a nearshore hub for
outsourcing and software/IT development . Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums. Maintain pipeline activity and provide accurate sales forecasts. Why Mexico?

2+ years of B2B sales experience
(inside or outside sales). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or technology sales is a huge plus. Bilingual
English/Spanish
is a plus (not required). Comfortable managing a sales cycle from prospect to close. Willingness to travel quarterly to Mexico centers. What We Offer
