The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a deep understanding of the Nearshore/Offshore landscape, capable of engaging C-suite executives to align our global workforce solutions with their long-term business objectives.

Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage referral relationships with U.S.-based consultants, staffing firms, and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs). Consultative Selling: Position OSI’s BPO and outsourcing solutions as a sophisticated alternative to traditional domestic staffing. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate forecast within the CRM to ensure predictable and sustainable revenue growth. International Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery teams in El Salvador (ESA) and Nicaragua to ensure a seamless "onboarding-to-delivery" experience for U.S. clients. Executive Presence: Proactively generate leads through high-level networking and cold outreach, presenting compelling economic cases to C-suite stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS

RPO Familiarity: Prior experience selling or managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services is a significant plus. Travel: Ability to work remotely in the USA with a willingness to travel internationally (to El Salvador/Nicaragua) as needed for team alignment and client site visits. Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex outsourcing models into clear ROI for U.S. executives.
