Role Description The Sales Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. The key responsibilities include leading and managing the SDR team, generating new leads, identifying ways to grow lead generation, and building relationships with Account Executives and Marketing team. The individual will also ensure performance goals are met and align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Ability to evaluate, recruit, and hire top talent for your team
Qualify leads and prospects through research, relationships, and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with your team, and co-workers
Develop and execute coaching to help your team achieve revenue lead targets
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales teams to create seamless lead flow
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and how Giv. impacts our customers
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and relationship building to effectively engage with clients and team members
Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
Experience in Team Management to inspire, lead, and guide sales teams
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience building processes for Sales Development Team is imperative
Experience in the healthcare or care management industry is advantageous
