Enterprise Sales Executive , you will become an expert in our solutions and how our customers use our tools to solve increasingly complex compliance and risk challenges that are highly correlated with explosive growth opportunities in the digital assets space. With this knowledge, you’ll help our prospective customers understand how we can help protect them from the most complex crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient, and highly automated manner. You will manage the full sales cycle including sourcing and qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting demos, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing business to ultimately deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets. You will be targeting Enterprise businesses in the Crypto and Financial Services space. You will have a group of named accounts to target and you need to go out and help us find the next best fit. Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do: Construct a comprehensive yet realistic pipeline across a spectrum of FIs and crypto companies Alongside commercial leadership, own, build, and implement scalable sales strategies for acquiring new accounts Manage C-level stakeholder relationships as part of a multi-threaded approach Partner with your solutions consulting assets to showcase our product to prospects, helping them understand how we can solve their challenges through tailored presentations and demos. Manage all parts of the commercial discussions including negotiating terms and closing the business as applicable. Attend and travel to customer meetings and/or events where required Use technologies like Hubspot & LinkedIn to help you achieve your goals and forecast accurately. Meet and exceed quotas Work cross-functionally to share feedback on how we can win more growth accounts in a sustainable and scalable manner.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

You will be a great fit here if you: You already work in the digital assets world and have a great network in the Crypto world. Strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and asset management sectors Natural hunter Are a self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable with changing priorities and ambiguity. Have a natural curiosity to learn more and dig into the why behind things independently Use defined sales methodologies like MEDDICC or others in your deal management Enjoy working with pace and energy, building team spirit, and cultivating unity and commitment among the team but work well in a remote-first environment. Have an understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies Our ideal candidate has: Demonstrated ownership and orchestration of highly technical, multi-threaded Tier 1 enterprise sales cycles. Experience in the B2B Crypto, FinTech Sales, or SaaS world in a seller role Verifiable track record of consistently exceeding targets, building pipeline, and winning customers through solution selling to large enterprise accounts Large network of contacts that operate in the Digital Asset space Experience in sales cycles that range from 6-12 months and typically involve RFI/RFPs, POCs, intense negotiations, and executive buyer-led deal closings. Understands how to sell to C-Suite and has a network to leverage for introductions A strong work ethic and an entrepreneur’s mindset. You’re comfortable creating value in a low-structure environment while being agile and resilient A genuine passion for the digital assets and the crypto economy Bonus Points for: Background in the AML and/or compliance space Ultimately, we are looking to hire those who want to be future industry leaders, super intrigued by Crypto, and possess an excellent learning mindset.
