Job Description We are seeking a motivated Market Sales Associate or Market Strategy Associate to join our team at our headquarters in New York and Los Angeles and contribute to the growth of Korean beauty brands in the U.S. market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skincare and cosmetics and eager to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and business development within the fast-growing K-Beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on the beauty and retail industries in North America
Analyze brand channel performance, marketing activities, and pricing strategies
Assist the Business Planning and Sales Associate
Collect consumer engagement and reviews to assess brand perception
Drive sales in U.S. retail, wholesale, and warehouse-style retail channels
Qualifications
Passionate about beauty brands and industry trends
Knowledge of U.S. sales channels and customer behavior
Strategic thinker who can break down ideas with solid reasoning
Clear communicator with evidence to back points
Proactive, can-do mindset and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in both Korean and U.S. business environments
Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean-speaking customers, vendors, and internal teams
Employment Type Full-time / Part-time
Compensation Based on experience and qualifications
Schedule Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch), Monday to Friday
