You will engage with homeowners to schedule appointments for our sales team and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Compensation
$16-$18 per hour plus bonuses based on performance. Job Location
This is a fully remote role. However, you need to reside in one of the following areas: Delaware Pennsylvania Maryland Virginia DC New Jersey New York Essential Job Responsibilities
Utilize effective questioning and listening skills for professional telephone communication. Follow company scripts to maintain consistent messaging when handling calls. Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services and explain product benefits clearly. Address customer inquiries by researching and providing accurate information. Problem-solve by clarifying issues, exploring solutions, and involving appropriate channels when necessary. Handle special telephone tasks, including call transfers and taking messages efficiently. Maintain a positive demeanor to effectively deal with customer concerns and conflicts. Build rapport with customers to enhance the overall service experience. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective appointment scheduling and communication. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Strong data entry and computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
