a multinational fashion brand with leading presence in the Global market,

is seeking to hire

a Regional Sales Manager

based in Athens .

Role Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue across Concept Stores and multi-brand accounts within the assigned area. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence in-store, maximizing sales performance, and maintaining a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s identity.

Main Responsibilities

Stimulate sales growth and maximize revenues by implementing effective tools and strategies to achieve targets and KPIs.

Lead by example, setting and maintaining sales standards across all stores.

Analyze business performance, take corrective actions, and identify new business opportunities.

Coach, lead, and inspire store managers and sales teams to deliver outstanding operational execution.

Conduct regular store visits, ensuring aesthetics, merchandising, stock management, and customer experience are consistently at high standards.

Coordinate promotional activities, store openings, and handovers in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Build and strengthen relationships with customers, franchisees, and multi-brand retailers to expand business opportunities.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreements.

Monitor personnel costs and manage store budgets effectively.

Provide training and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, legal, and ethical standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial or any other equivalent.

A Master’s degree will be considered a strong asset.

At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a regional sales role with a focus on Operational & Development activities of fashion brands.

Strong project management and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Solid understanding of retail operations, marketing, and brand management.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Business acumen, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering results.

Outstanding mastery of the English & Greek language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Holder of a valid driving license and willingness to travel.
