Position Responsibilities:
Sell scribe software across assigned territories (LA, TX, OK, NM, UT, CO).
Build new business in a market with limited references by proactively identifying and generating leads.
Engage outpatient facilities, including practices, surgery centers, and multi-specialty groups.
Manage the full sales cycle with intelligence, honesty, and disciplined execution—no “used-car salesman” tactics.
Run discovery, product presentations, contract discussions, and escalations as needed.
Partner closely with the SVP, existing outside sellers, and product development to support market expansion.
Contribute to developing use cases and references for the AI scribe product as it matures.
Represent with integrity, resilience, and professionalism in a competitive AI scribe ecosystem.
Work autonomously without pipeline reviews; maintain self-driven structure, strategy, and discipline.
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience selling AI-driven scribing solutions or transcription-related solutions preferred.
Experience selling into outpatient clinical environments strongly preferred.
Mature, intelligent, disciplined sales style; must be entrepreneurial and self-sufficient.
Comfortable selling a new product without established references; thick skin and resilience required.
Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
