Full Time Dallas and Houston, TX United States Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a strong technical background and experience in selling IT Professional Services. The role requires understanding complex IT projects, driving sales, and building long-term client relationships across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying client needs, creating tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for IT services and projects. Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders. Communicate technical solutions effectively, aligning them with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and project roadmaps. Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and project execution. Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to position Improving Inc. as a preferred partner. Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals. Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience selling IT professional services or complex IT solutions, especially large-scale enterprise projects. Strong technical knowledge, including cloud infrastructure, software development, and systems integration. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate complex sales processes and work collaboratively. Extensive industry network to generate new business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT consulting or professional services firms. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, cloud services, and DevOps.
