Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced

Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Compensation Package Salary : $52,000 - $56,000 annually + commissions Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle remarketing and servicing of existing policies. Write new business policies and cross-sell additional products to clients. Quote new and renewal business as required. Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Must hold one of the following Florida insurance licenses: 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Florida insurance market, with familiarity in working with carriers such as Frontline, Chubb, Heritage, and Universal. Software Proficiency : Experience with Epic software is required. Skills :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proactive problem-solving skills.
