The Sales Manager – Direct Clients (UAE) will be responsible for acquiring and growing a portfolio of UAE-based direct clients, from dynamic SMEs to enterprise-level businesses. This full-cycle sales role includes prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with a strategic and consultative sales approach. The role emphasizes relationship-building and deep collaboration with UAE-based marketers and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities with direct clients in the UAE. Create custom media proposals by aligning with client goals and coordinating with internal departments (CRM, Creative, Publisher). Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing and business leaders in UAE companies. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to broader revenue objectives. Provide regular sales reports and insights to management. Develop case studies highlighting campaign success in the UAE context. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline. 4–5 years of digital media or advertising sales experience in the UAE market. Strong network of UAE-based direct clients is a must. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales capabilities. Solid knowledge of the UAE digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and performance marketing. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus. In-depth knowledge of UAE market dynamics
