driven, experienced Sales Manager
who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to help shape the next phase of our store’s success.

What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and develop the sales team to exceed monthly goals
Manage showroom operations, customer experience, and deal flow
Utilize group-wide inventory to maximize sales opportunities
Work closely with the General Manager on strategy, performance, and forecasting
Maintain a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven success as an automotive Sales Manager or GSM
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to motivate teams and build a winning sales culture
Experience with modern CRM and desking tools
A focus on guest satisfaction and long-term relationships
