We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our growth and expand our reach. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Become a subject matter expert on the Bond Sports platform and the needs of the sports facilities we serve
Drive high-volume, high-quality outreach through phone, email, and social platforms to connect with our prospective partners
Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into demos and revenue
Promote the industry-leading product that is well-received by potential partners
Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly targets
Who You Are
1+ years in a sales, SDR, or BDR role—preferably in SaaS or tech
Bonus points for experience in youth sports, sports tech, facility management, or recreation
Competitive, curious, and coachable with a growth mindset
Excellent communicator—concise, persuasive, and confident in both writing and speaking
Comfortable with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools
Team-first attitude with a genuine passion for sports, tech, and winning as a group
