Reliable transportation : Must own an insured truck or van suitable for construction work.
Fully equipped : Possess a complete set of tools necessary for carpentry and related tasks.
Experience : 3–5 years in residential construction, with a focus on rough and finish carpentry.
Professionalism : Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Work ethic : Strong commitment to quality and deadlines.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
