Responsibilities
Perform remodeling-focused carpentry:
interior trim, custom cabinetry installation, framing, doors, windows, millwork, specialty finishes , and more
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job plans
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with precision
Collaborate closely with our project managers, subs, and clients
Maintain exceptionally high standards of craftsmanship and safety
Troubleshoot on-site challenges with professionalism and skill
Care for and maintain tools and equipment
Qualifications
Proven carpentry experience in
residential remodeling
(not new construction)
Strong trim and cabinetry installation skills
Mastery of hand tools, power tools, and jobsite best practices
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
A problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Professional communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Full set of personal tools to complete daily tasks
Ability to lift materials and work in varying conditions
Compensation $25 - $35 hourly
