Responsibilities
Perform carpentry tasks related to remodeling projects, including framing, installing doors and windows, cabinetry, trim work, and more. Heavy concentration in interiors/ trim and cabinetry.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials to the required specifications.
Work collaboratively with other team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the remodeling process.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in remodeling projects, interior trim & cabinetry.
Proficiency with carpentry tools, hand tools, and power tools.
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with clients and our team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Full stable of reliable tools in order to complete your tasks on a daily basis.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Compensation $25 - $35 hourly
