Base pay range: $17.50/hr – $20.00/hr. Job Overview

Mobile Associates are integral to the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage customers in high‑traffic environments, using technology and storytelling to educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions. Mobile Associates build deep customer relationships, identify needs, and use solution‑based selling techniques. They consistently meet performance targets while providing exceptional customer experiences. Job Responsibilities

Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools, effective communication, and showcasing the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Consistently leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, identifying customer needs and demonstrating the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; review promotions and updates on the Hub to remain customer‑ready. Deliver exceptional service, exceed customer expectations, and proactively drive sales activity in the location. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma or GED (Required). At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Customer‑satisfaction focus and passion for connecting with customers. Team‑building mindset and willingness to work alongside peers and leaders. Retail sales competence and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced environment. Licenses and Certifications

At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel

No travel required. Compensation and Incentives

Hourly base pay: $17.50. Employees receive hourly training pay of $5.00 during the first 90 days. Upon completion, promotion to Mobile Expert role opens eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000. All employees are eligible for a $20/hour equivalent, including base pay and incentives. Benefits
