Retail Sales Associate - The UPS Store (Customer Service, Shipping & Printing). Locations: multiple across Long Island and NYC.
Salary & Hours Pay: $17 - $20/hour (based on experience). Schedule: Must be available to work Monday-Sunday.

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care
Provide accurate information about our shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
Prepare shipments, pack items securely, and complete accurate shipping documentation
Operate store systems and printing equipment to deliver high-quality results
Handle mail and packages efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and sales targets
Participate in ongoing training to grow within our multi-location organization

Qualifications
1-2 years of previous retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail with strong spelling and math skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Availability to work weekends as needed
Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
