Order Processing: Review and process e-commerce orders, verify order details, and resolve discrepancies with the customer service team.
Label Printing: Generate and organize shipping labels via WordPress (WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart knowledge preferred).
Packing Orders: Securely pack items, select suitable packaging, and prepare shipments with the correct carrier.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
Customer Support: Address shipping inquiries and ensure timely deliveries.
Order Tracking: Provide tracking info and resolve shipping issues with carriers.
Qualifications
Experience in order processing, shipping, or e-commerce.
Skilled in WordPress and WooCommerce.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift packages and hold a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of shipping carriers and procedures is a plus.
