Overview Vida Shoes International has been committed to becoming a global leader in the footwear industry since 1973. We design, produce and market quality branded footwear using our expansive international resources. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our shipping team. This position is on site.

Compensation Compensation: $55k - $65k

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and facilitate through our third-party logistics company

Act as team lead to mentor junior Shipping Coordinators; resolve issues

Timely and accurate shipment of customer orders

Maintain compliance with routing and all rules of shipping to retailers including department stores, discounters, independents/specialty, boutiques, and drop ship/direct-to-consumer

Qualifications

1-3 Years of Customer Service experience

Knowledge of EDI a plus

Knowledge of complex ERP system a plus

Experience managing client accounts

Understanding of compliance of routing and shipping rules is a plus

Computer skills with proficiency in Excel

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Attention to detail and follow-up skills
