Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and facilitate through our third-party logistics company.
Act as team lead to mentor junior Shipping Coordinators and resolve issues.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
Maintain compliance with routing and all rules of shipping to retailers, including department stores, discounters, independents/specialty boutiques, drop ship/direct consumer.
Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience.
Knowledge of EDI a plus.
Knowledge of complex ERP system a plus.
Experience managing client accounts.
Understanding of compliance of routing and shipping rules is a plus.
Computer skills with proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
