We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive person to provide administrative and project management support to our Executive Account Manager (EAM). Our team represents domestic and international suppliers, serving mass-market retailers across a dynamic and competitive landscape. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience working with both retailers and suppliers, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Attend meetings with mass retailers and suppliers (virtual and in‑person) alongside the Executive Account Manager to take detailed notes and assist with follow‑up tasks.

Assist in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings.

Manage product samples, including requesting, labeling, photographing, and delivering them to retailers.

Learn retailer portal for quote submissions and packaging form tracking.

Conduct competitive market analysis and comparable shop research.

Support overall project management by tracking deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the EAM and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between suppliers and retailers.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

Self‑Starter:

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize daily tasks according to deadlines and work schedules.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem‑solving skills with an ability to interpret and act on data.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.

Professional Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor in interactions with clients and team members.

Project Management Skills:

Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.

Team Player:

Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.

Experience:

Background in manufacturing and/or mass retail is preferred.

Work Model:

Hybrid.

Technology & Equipment:

All required technology and tools will be provided.

Travel:

Occasional travel is required.
