As a Junior Sales Manager for the German market, you will: Hunt for new opportunities : Identify, target, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Develop and execute sales strategies : Build a robust pipeline and deliver consistent sales growth. Build strong client relationships : Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and provide excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams : Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Stay ahead of market trends : Monitor industry developments and maintain a competitive edge. What We’re Looking For
Hunter profile : A self-starter who thrives on winning new business and exceeding sales targets. Experience in B2B sales : Preferably within machinery, manufacturing, or a related technical field - 2 to 4 years of experience. Knowledge of the German market : Familiarity with local business culture, key players, and market dynamics. Excellent communication skills : Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Results-driven mindset : Motivated by achieving and surpassing goals. Technical aptitude : Ability to understand and communicate technical product details effectively.
